No save or update item after 2.8 installation was created by Diego Barcenilla García

Hi,

Sorry about my english. A couple of days ago I installed 3.7.5 Joomla version and after that I installed 2.8 K2 version. After that I can't create or modify any K2 items or categories.
Front-end works fine but when I push any Save, Save & close, Save & new or Close buttons it doesn't works correctly and I was redirect to admin main page, not even K2 items list that was the page I spend.
I reinstalled backup after update Joomla and K2 but (surprise) the problem continues. I've cleaned the browser cache and I've used another browser but problem continues.
Any idea to solve the problem?

I can create or modify commentaries or extra-fields but no items or categories. When I try... main page of Joomla admin

The button actions from the list of items or categories works!. I cant duplicate, publish or unpusblish and change some aspects but just from the list of items or categories.

Are you using any 3rd party K2 extensions?
Furthermore are you getting any JS errors in your console tab?

Hi.

I've tried to disabled them but error go on.

In JS console no errors but many "violations".

In error_log file in administrator carpet appears many PHP warning like "ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in..."

Is it a clue to resolve?

Are you using any 3rd party K2 extensions?
Furthermore you need to contact your hosting provider (or add a custom php.ini file) regarding this warning.

My hosting provider has change the configuration to avoid ini_set php warnings but the problem with the save or save&close or close operations in items or categories go on.

Any idea?

In Extensions -> Install appears a new drag&drop. I've tried to install K2 v2.8 again and also last Joomla update (v3.7.5) but after a few seconds of joomla logo, refresh same page with no advice.
No JS warnings on console

Is it a good idea install any uncompressed file of last K2 update manually. I've tested many of them and all of them has same date of installation (august 20)

Yes, selecting it from computer (no drag & drop) but same result... nothing... refresh page

Re-installing Osmap Free using drag and drop = error advice
Selecting file manually = nothing

Automatic update? I don't know because I have not opportunity.

This indicates a site-wide issue, affecting K2 as well.
Are you sure the path to the /log and /tmp folders is correct?
