Hello
in frontend when a user modify a k2 articles already created, then he click on Save the browser show “403 You are not authorized to view this resource” and the modify is not saved. Of course the frontend editing is enabled.
Please, what to do?
Is it possibile to open the create/modify screen in a normal page and not in a popup?
Thanks

Does the user belong to a k2 usergroup with "edit own" privlages?

Can you share a screenshot of the K2 user group's settings?

Since the user cannot publish items and the item is already published he will be denied that action.
You can either enable the publishing flag or the edit any item.

Hello Krikor, as said users can't edit their articles, published and not published. Is there no way to allow it?

If he can't edit already published items, then you need to enable that setting.
Enable this setting to grant the user access to both published and unpublished items.

Thanks for reply Krikor, as said they are already allowed to edit published articles, but every time they click on save after editing published and not published articles, they get the message: you are not allowed...

If they can't publish items, then the item will not be able to be published hence the 403 error. You need to enable the Publish Items flag or the edit any item flag.

Maybe I did not explain it well. I need to let users to edit their own articles, not to publish. With Joomla articles it is possibile: user insert new article and save it. Then he can open and edit again it before that an admin publish it. Is this possibile with K2 article or not? Thanks
