Google recaptcha was created by Omar
Hi all,
I have read everything I found about the topic but I can't fix the problem.
Google recaptcha does not display in comments so that when I click the submit button I have this error:
{"message":"Non \u00e8 stato possibile verificare che non sei un robot","cssClass":"k2FormLogError"}
Can anybody help me?

Hello,
This indicates a JavaScript issue. Make sure that jQuery is being properly loaded (Check K2's settings) and there are no other JavaScript errors.

Have you double checked your reCaptcha keys? You need to add them in K2's Settings...

Your key must be issued for reCaptcha v2 and you must also select reCaptcha v2 under the "Comments" tab in K2's Settings.

thanks. Under "Comments" tab i have only Google reCaptcha and not Google reCaptcha v2. Is it normal?

Sorry, I meant the "Advanced" tab.
You should have this enabled there: jmp.sh/yL58K4A
Also, check if Joomla's reCaptcha plugin is enabled. If it is, that plugin may be causing issues...

I can't think of anything else really. I tested on 2 sites just in case and reCaptcha works just fine.
You also have this option to get a free Akismet key and use that instead of reCaptcha. Akismet is probably better as it works in the background so your users don't need to click on anything.
