The limit option is located there. However make sure that you are indeed using an introtext (either by using separate editors or by manually specifying one).

The redirect after editing is enabled t -> general settings k2 -> advanced -> redirect to profile editing -> the Trader's Blog page (constalgo.ru/blog-trejdera) is selected. But after editing the profile, it redirects to the standard joomla profile.
