As per title, I was wondering if you could help me. I need featured items to not be in the related items or the latest items.

Hello,
How are the latest items populated?
Is it the menu (component) view or a K2 Content module?
As for the related, unfortunately you will have to either use a 3rd party extension or you need to alter K2's core code.

I am also running into this issue. I have a latest Item page and need to hide the featured items, is there a way to do this?

Both I have them as a module in tag view (menu items) and also in item view.
