Hello

When I use K2 Media Manager 2.8.0, I am presented with a blank page.
I'm using Joomla 3.8.4.
Joomla Media works perfectly.
I've read previous threads on this, but unfortunately none assist in this situation.
The browser console states the following (I've replaced my domain name with 'domain.com' for privacy purposes):

Hello Caroline,

There are a couple of issues to check.
a) Is jQuery UI being loaded? (Check K2's settings)
b) If you check the source of the page is jQuery UI being loaded AFTER jQuery and is only one instance of jQuery being loaded?
If you have issues with the order of the scripts, then an extension like jQuery Easy can help you solve the issue.

I've checked K2 settings, on the layout / view tab:
jQuery library handling (in Joomla 1.5 & 2.5) - is set to 'do not load the jQuery library'
Is this the setting that you're referring to?

The strange thing is that I have other similar websites with the same Joomla/Extensions which work perfectly.

Sorry, that setting was deprecated in the latest version. It was removed.

Are these extensions on the exact version?
Did you try jQuery Easy?

All extensions were up to date at time problem was found.
I've not tried jQuery Easy as I would like to understand the problem before adding on another extension.
Would it be possible to converse privately so that I can show you in more detail?

Also, can you try disabling error reporting in your site's global configuration settings?
