I am using JCE Pro as my default editor, when I upload the images they are automatically stored in images/year/month/day/ path.

In some cases, I am using the watermark feature. So the uploaded image is edited before the upload.
When I need to set it as a K2 image the Browse Server... button shows me the root of /images/, so the editor needs to browse the tree list and after that selectin the image.

Is there any way how can I trick the button to browse the directory images/year/month/day/ when open?

Hello,

K2's Media Manager, inherits Joomla's media manager setting (folders, paths etc)
If you change these settings (J!'s) then the desired folder will open once you click on the browser server button.
