I noticed strange thing.

If I set up joomla cache and I'm not logged in as user, article comments pagination stop to work. But if I login, everything is working fine.

Any ideas how to fix it?

using:
- k2 2.8.0, (overrided item styles in my theme but this also not work with standard layout)
- sh4040sef
- sh4040sef for k2

PS. for now I made it invisible for guests and in this configuration it's working.

Sorry for late answer, I was busy latelty and Didn't have time to check it.
If I disable sh404 for k2 they still not work.

This means the issue is not related to the extension.
With sh404SEF disabled entirely is the issue still present?

Yes.

This seems like a core issue, I will investigate and correct it in the repo.
Just make sure that the cache plugin is located dead last in the plugins' order.
