I'm setting up a website.
There's a "page", which has a K2 category set to it.
In that category, there are multiple subcategories.
The first one is "All", and isn't showed in the list of subcategories.
The other ones are. Let's just call each subcategory "sub1", "sub2" and "sub3".

The page shows 4 buttons: [All] [sub1] [sub2] [sub3]

What I need is a 5th button, which only shows the newest items, from any subcategory.
I cannot place it in All. That's just not an option.

Can it be done? Thanks!

Yes there is a method for what you want. Set the menu type to "Latest items from ... categories and be sure to set up the options under the Options tab.
