I have a menu that points to authors. When you click through each author, the have a respective form. All are set up identically, except for some reason, two of the author's forms are not showing up. I'm trying to see what's different about the two but can't figure it out.

The first two author's forms are not showing up when you click through. All the other author forms seem to be fine. Any thoughts?

I sure have. I feel like I've handled all the basic trouble shooting. Don't know why it's showing on most except this specific two when they are handled by the same menu item.
