Hello, i don't know why i can't post comments on my website since 2 months . The post bouton doesn't work.

I have installed the website on a localhost an i don't have this problem.

My website is installed on a debian 9 server.

Is someone has this issue?

The post button triggers JavaScript code. If you have JavaScript conflicts coming from another extension, it will fail. A URL always helps...

"Post" works, you just don't see a confirmation message. Additionally, the form HTML seems to be slightly broken: jmp.sh/LdaFcwi

thank you for your answer. I'm sory but post doesn't work. This is an information message as you can see it here : www.van-away.com/actualites/location-van-ete-2018 . Just below " Laisser un commentaire" you have the message "Assurez-vous d'indiquer les informations obligatoires (*).
Le code HTML n'est pas autorisé.". I will try to reinstall my website because i have no errors indicated in the logs.

Hello,

i have just installed 2.9 release and the problem to post comment is not resolved. I think the problem comes from my debian 9 server. I don't have this problem in a localhost but with my debian server i have this despite i have reinstall the OS. I dont' know how to resolve this problem...

Hello i'm using Debian 9 release with PHP 7.0.30 with Ispconfig 3.1.
I also try PHP 7.2 but with no success.

Check your error logs please. Perhaps you're missing some PHP module.

Hello thank you for your help. I have found the solution. It was a problem with my .htacess file. I reinstall a new htaccess file and now i can post comments. I don't know wchich instruction in the htaccess fil causes this problem.

When posting comments, a POST event occurs in the webserver. Perhaps you were blocking or redirect them in the .htaccess file. Or perhaps you were using an extension in Joomla that modifies your .htaccess file for supposed security. If that's the case, your .htaccess may be overwritten in the future.
