Hi. I'm having a little bit of a trouble with a plugin I'm trying to duplicate.

I use XT K2 Link Item to relate items in a custom way. It works perfect. But I have different categories in my website, so I'm trying to make 2 copies of this plugin to make it load differents items in each part of the frontend page.

So, my solution was to duplicate the plugin. It works, I have two plugins with the same function. But it happens as it uses the same column in the database, they are loading the same items. So, I've added column called plugins2 in K2, and changed all parameters in the copy to make it write and load parameters in plugins2, but I guess it doesnt work.

Anyone know a way to solve that? I know this is not part of K2 Core, but I'm trying to make a custom and better page, so if anyone can help, I appreciate.

I didn't have a clue about how to do that, so I decided to try it first, to see how complicate it would be. Since it didnt work as expected, I'm asking here lol. And also, the extension developer's forum is a closed area. I bought this plugin 2 ou 3 years ago, and I cant acess the forum unless I pay again for the same extension or other one. Anyway, gonna think ways to solve that. Thanks anyway.
