Item alias not generatet from name. Why? was created by Gorast
I remember in the past when I name item with characters other than English, they were automatically converted to English and put to Item alias. Now when I save item and don't give alias manually it gets date and hour as alias name. Why?

Check that K2 Settings (under tab "Advanced") have values for SEO settings like this: jmp.sh/9OQeoaq

If everything looks OK, check for SEF/SEO extensions or system plugins messing up with the save process.
