I want to display the Title below the image.
(and remove More)

and on the Item page

The Title should be above the image.

Please suggest the solution.

Create template overrides for K2 (see here: getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates) and edit the file category_item.php to move the html for the title below the image as you like. It's really simple.
