Extra Fields with text in Categories show in backend but dont show on front end was created by Jay B Hall

Working with K2 Categories and Items you will notice in the pictures information has been entered in the extra field boxes, but when browsing on the front end, nothing appears. What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

Have you checked if the extra fields output block is present in your K2 template overrides?

If you're not sure on overrides, read this getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates and check if your template has overrides inside its /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_k2/ directory (if any).
