I have linked each item in the portfolio to an external link.
When the cursor is placed on the item, link shows for a small time, and vanishes soon.

How should I correct it.
Please suggest

The link is basically covered by a div element that is animated on top of it.

In any case, you should probably contact the template developer (themeforest.net/user/jollythemes). There may be an option in the backend or related module for that.

The developer has removed the template from themeforest. (So no support).
Please suggest a way to do it.

The template exists though as a WP theme here themeforest.net/item/buildclub-construction-template-for-architect-and-construction/21622567?s_rank=1 so they should be able to provide HTML/CSS assistance.

I'm sorry but this is not a K2 issue, it's a template issue.
