Disable JS compression/concatenation in JCH Optimize, clear your site's cache and test again. JCH breaks K2's JS code used for the rating widget.

Great thank you so much for your answer.

Yes, If I turn off JCH Optimize. I can rate the item :-)
But If I turn on again, I can not rate the item :-(

How I can solved that issue?

You can't. That's because some JS scripts (not necessarily K2's scripts as we've tested) will break when concatenated with other JS scripts.

Generally speaking, concatenating JS scripts should be avoided.
