Recaptcha stopped working in comment form was created by Steven Trooster

For some reason the reCaptcha V2 we've active for comments at articles stopped working. We're getting a message: "Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service." Nothing was changed to the K2 settings. Turning off the system captcha plugin doesn't help.

K2 does not use Joomla's reCaptcha plugin, it has its own implementation built-in.

Check K2's settings and make sure reCaptcha v2 is selected and that your keys are up to date.

Maybe it was a hickup on Googles side, seems to work fine now, after turning captcha off and on again.
