K2 items import directly in Phpmyadmin

K2 items import directly in Phpmyadmin was created by Fattak
Hello Joomla Experts :)

I am kinda in trouble here, I had a website over Joomla 2.5.4 which I lost during a bad migration process. However, I still have the database and the files. I made a fresh website and I want to fill up my old content.

Is it possible to insert the old k2 items table (old K2 version) in the new (updated k2 version) items table using Phpmyadmin? Is it risky? if you have any advice here I would appreciate it

It will work just fine. Just make sure you REPLACE all tables that are the SAME in both old and new releases.
