a) Create a set of overrides by copying the core K2 template files into your Joomla template's structure: getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

b) Set the category or categories to only display these 3 content elements (title, author, date).

c) Style the output with CSS or modify the override's HTML output to be a table, whichever you prefer.
