Hi ,

I'm not able to install the version K2 V2.10.1 on a new joomla 3.9.13 installation.
I get an error message saying that the table '<database-name>.#__k2_items' doesn't exist. (please see attachment).

I tried this many times.
I'm able to install other extensions or plugins.

My time zone is correct.
I checked my tmp and log directories with "Admin Tools"

What can I do to solve this?

I apologize for my late answer.

I did not change the prefix. It was set automatically during the installation.
There are 5 letters and an underscore.

Is there anything else I must check?

I already tried to install the new version, but unfortunately there is an error message ...

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'd030e732.qeqo4_k2_items' doesn't exist

It's a fresh joomla installation ...

Hi ,

this is a fresh installation of Joomla 3.9.14
The only thing I did was to install some languages and to activate "Install from Web" in the Extension-Manager.
