When a registered user logs in, they can no longer edit their own K2 Item.
See screenshot of modal box.

This is a fairly recent occurrence; I can't say what it may be tied to.
Any helpers out there?
I'll share registered login information privately.

Looks like your template's 404 page. Does your template have any K2 overrides in html/com_k2/?

Check if you have a file itemform.php in html/com_k2/ (search any sub-directory there) and delete it.
