hello i search a system to do a relation between X items
and display link in each item ...
some idea ?

You mean like selected related items? Or automated related items based on certain criteria?

Yes à field to allow sélect other item and display link and title in both item

There are numerous plugins for K2 that can do that. So have a look at getk2.org/extend and the JED for the one that would best fit your needs.
