The report comment links don't work

For some reason, links for complaints about comments do not work when the user is not logged in to the site. When the user logged in to the site everything is fine. For example these links:

By default it's for registered users only.

You can change that in: K2 Settings >> (tab) Site >> (section) Comments

Then check your template overrides for and compare them with source K2 template overrides. You may be missing something.

Thanks for the answer! That is, the problem may be my template TemplateMonster?

I tried to take down the redefinitions by deleting the template of the article pages-nothing happened...
