Im trying to utilise the featured images within the items to display a picture that i wish to magnify to its full size when opened in the lightbox

I have been searching for days on how to do this and was hoping it would be a simple few lines of code within the item template or similar to keep the image upload as streamlined as possible

The lightbox layout used in simple image gallery is great and does exactly what i want to do with the magnify. anyone else tried to do this before?

That should be how it works by default - clicking on the main image opens the full image in a lightbox. Unless you mean something else.

And then for you to be able to magnify the image within the lightbox.
