Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Count was created by Ed Morton
Since upgrading to K2 version 2.10.3 and Joomla version 3.9.18 I get this warning towards the bottom every page on my site that has a K2 article:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/tourna/public_html/templates/youresponsecopy/html/com_k2/default/item.php on line 238

See for example tournamart.com/events/past-events/sas-easter-futsal-tournament-2017. Is there a new K2 version coming or a fix available?

You need to slightly update your K2 template overrides for PHP 7.
