Hi, if there any solution to do K2 item navigation order by user's item.
I have no idea how to solve this.

Unfortunately not by default. The functionality you ask would be possible only with a custom K2 plugin.

thank you for your information.. another question: is it possible to change ID of k2 item? if it possible how?

IDs are autogenerated by MySQL/MariaDB (=your database). You can only change them in the database but I don't recommend so.
