force template of item view was created by Com3elles

Hello how i can force specifi item template for a item in a specific category ?
i need to do this because item template is herit by category and i need to choose different template for item ...

It's not possible. It's really an edge case.

What you can do is create a sub-category, place the item there and then change the assigned sub-template to whatever you like.

but sub category will be in breadcum ect ...
maybe i can mix 2 templates in 1
how i can check the mother category
Mother Cat
|_ sub cact
|_sub sub cat
Maybe i can check if item is in mother cat and set template ...

Within your item.php override, check for the category ID or name ($this->category->id or $this->category->name).
