Administrator alerts was created by guida
Hello, within a month my website will be online.

I will have external user posting articles with a moderation filter.

What is the best way to get a notice everytime there is a new post to moderate and approve?

Email alert? Always check the administrator area, something else?
And when I approve an item does the user receive and alter his item have been published?
I have done a few trials and always check the administrator area is the only one that seems to work and the user alert doesn't seem to exist.

Do you have good tips?

Ana

There is no email alert by default. So just check the admin area every so and at some point we'll publish an optional plugin for alerting specific users for new content.

As for editing, if you tweak the frontend editing permissions properly, your user can still have edit rights even after the item is published (e.g. like we do on getk2.org).

Thank you for the answer.
The plugin that alerts users their items have been published or denied is most welcome. I hope it will not be charged because it is a must, is patrt of the process that starts with the logging and the activation link of the account and closes the chain of moderation of users items.

Thanks again!
