Get image orientation was created by Chrissovalantis Zervas

Hi!

Is there any way that I can get the item image orientation? I tried getImageSize() but it is extremely slow, so I wonder if there is something like a built in function.

If it's the item view, given enough memory limit is provided on PHP, it should not be an issue. But if you wish to run that code in lists, then it's surely not recommended.

Using JS possibly and reading EXIF data. But it's beyond the scope of the support provided in this forum.
