Hello. I use k2 more than 6 years on my website and now I want to edit category template. I want to show latest articles in first block but The Most Popular Articles in the last block. Is it possible in K2? Thank you!

The best option would be to combine the category view with a module at the bottom fetching the most popular items from that category (or all, depending on your setup). Or you can use 2 module instances of K2 Content for the listing & the most popular items.
