Hello K2 support,
We have many items and with different categories and subcategories.

What I want to like this for the frontpage and this setting only for the register group.
- Any items are under category (computer and sub-category), they can read by only user A and another user can't read them.
- Any items are under category (shoes and sub-category), they can read by only user B and another user can't read them.

How could I configure it to make it happening as I need?

This is all a matter of setting up Joomla's ACL.

Create new user groups and assign view permissions to these groups on different menus & K2 categories. It's not something to configure in K2 only.
