I can't find a way how to make users log in directly to their Items.
It is important every time users login what they want to see is their articles list first before they can do another job.. I can't find a way to create a link for the user's items list and can't set directly link to theirsitems.
Could you guide me?

Use the "K2 User" module. It has all the links you need for a K2 user to manage their content, including a link to their profile page with all their items.
