I tested by myself.
I tested at backed and frontend..
It is really Multiple Items when users click Save again and again with only one item.

I can't verify this. Setup a demo site somewhere else and test. My guess is something is borked with your database...

The problem is that you click on "save" multiple times and your (slow) webserver takes these as separate POST requests to save data. That's why you see the same item saved multiple times.

Repeat the process, but this time, click on "save" only once and wait.
