Add label to featured articles in mod_k2_content was created by STEPHAN HERBY

Hi K2 teams,
I would like to add a label to featured articles in the mod_k2_content.
I don't know how to get this info. Something like :

<?php if (item->isfeatured == true) { ?>
<div class="label">My label</div>
<?php } ?>

Any advice ?
