Hi guys....got an odd one here because every time I try to save an item it just throws me out to a blank index page.

It's J3.10.1, K2 2.10.3, PHP 8.0, and MySQL 5.7. I thought it might be Admin Tools, so I uninstalled it and then tested......but the same thing happens.

I've got other sites on the same components and they're unaffected, so it seems specific to this site.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem after updating Joomla to 3.10 and updating to PHP8. I can open the items, make changes, but cant save them. Any suggestions?

I am aware that thte last K2 was in 2020 so it might not be compatible with PHP8? Will yo be updating K2? I love it and would hate to part with it.

I've done a few more checks and tested it back on PHP 7.4........and it's working fine.

So it's PHP 8 that is causing the issue.

PHP 8 has been out for 9 months now.....I'm surprised there isn't a compatible K2 version yet.

Although K2 v2.10.3 should be fine with PHP 8, I would recommend K2 v2.10.4 (dev) from getk2.org/downloads/?f=K2_Development_Release.zip - if you get any issues, they may be related to any custom template overrides.
