much url production of "itemlist/user/" was created by Peter Baumgartner

Hi!
I have the problem of many urls with "itemlist/user/" producing at 4 different websites, hundreds of urls are created and indexed and the websites keep crashing in visibility. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Example URL:
www.julianemueller.at/blog/im-business-bestand/kunden-machen-uns-stark/itemlist/user/499-julianemuller?start=10

Use robots.txt and disallow /itemlist/user from indexing
