Mi trovo tutte le date, sia in frontend che in backend con il formato errato, ad esempio: %06/%02/%2019 - %12:%Feb

The data formats are configured in K2's language files. Check if you have the Italian language pack installed and if so, compared its date format values with the source files for English.
