Joomla 3.9.22 and K2 2.10.2.
I didn't install k2 2.10.3 because the last time I made it a bug of this version created big problems on the site, so I'm waiting for the release of version 2.10.4

The error indicates you're using the Latest Items from Categories or Users menu item in K2. This "view" can only be called by a menu item, you can't navigate to it from some other K2 content page.
So look for that menu item and re-create it.
If you don't have one, perhaps some customized code is calling that view and it's really no wonder why it errors out.
