Since we cannot verify the issue and there are users reporting that they are not facing this issue it's probably a plugin causing this.

Everyone facing this issue you need to check all your installed extensions one by one. It's not just a K2 plugin that can cause this. It might be a content or a system plugin or even a module in the administration area.

So try disabling your extensions one by one until you find which one is causing the issue.

On opening K2 Item backend empty form, Firebug console shows error:

"TypeError: (intermediate value)(...) is not a function

we installed the template and it worked great. By mistake, we upgraded joomla to 3.4 and now we are no longer able to change template settings. We want to change colors of our k2 categories but thats not working. When we try to save some other settings, it doesn't work either.

I manage a site with K2 and Takai template. All works fine so far.
Now I'd like to take advantage of the new frontend module editing feature of joomla 3.4
So I upgraded but the edit module icon doesn't appear (yes, I'm logged in as superuser :-)).
I though it might be a templating issue so I did a fresh install of joomla 3.4 + takai on the same server just for testing purpose.
Module editing works fine with the default template (Protostar) but not with takai (btw, nor with Beez3!)

I can read on various forums that joomla 3.4 is causing some issues with different extensions.
Perhaps it is the same here, due to the time it needs to adapt templates and other extensions to this new important version.

Could you confirrm my diagnosis and could we expect a fix to this problem?

I just tested Joomla! 3.4, K2 2.6.9 with AllVideos, and SigPro and it was working properly.

Try disabling extensions one by one to see which is causing the issue.

you can modify Image-Sizes this by CSS-Changes (using your Browser-Dev-Tools). Please use Overrides to nkeep Changes after k2-Upgrade (about Overrides: www.getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174, Video: www.getk2.org/documentation/k2class2012/865-k2-template-and-overrides)

I just installed Disqus plugin on my site (Joomla 3.3.6 + K2 2.6.9). Il works fine in core content pages, in K2 I get this warning/error

I tested in Chrome, Safari and Android Chrome, the videos worked before, but they don't work anymore after upgrade to 14.04, I checked the file folder permission, the MIME type, and installed ubuntu restricted extras, nothing helps. Does anyone know where I can find requirements for K2 or does anyone know anything about requirements?
My provider is going to upgrade PHP to 5.6 and I am very curious whether my site will keep going as it does now after this upgrade.
The Joomla! version is 2.5.28, K2 2.6.9.

So i ll make a copy of item.php to /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/com_k2/templates/view/item.php ? And the upgrade ll solve the problem with introtext with related items by tags?

thx I removed plugin but it just goes down the line to the next problem, now tags, tried the same idea with smart search tags does not help. Well I love K2, but it is unusable. Unless you have some news on a K2 upgrade or something.

I had the 2.6.8 version and today I've found about a hundred of new articles listed in the backend side of my site (www.dlfpistoia.eu) and a lot of new users authomatically registered. Each article where a little part of a single big english text. I have deleted all the unwanted items but after a few minutes, I have found a new user, I have instantly deleted. Now I have upgraded K2 to the 2.6.9 version.

Someone with the same problem?

I had installed sh404sef from the beginning. But I did not had any problems with this component ( with or without, was not a big difference ). Weird things happened when I upgraded K2 from 2.6.8 to 2.6.9

Keine Bilder im angegeben Ordner vorhanden. Bitte Pfad kontrollieren!
