Hi there!
SIG PRO is a plugin ( or mambot ).
You must go at your administrator panel and from the menu, select
Installers -> mambots
After that, at the block Install new Mambots browse your computer and select the .zip file of sig pro.
Click Upload File & Install and you are finished!

Go after that at "menu->Mambot->Site Mambot" select the SIG PRO mambot and change the config as you want!
