Cache Issue. Thumbnails keep being removed from cache folder

I have a live site and the thumbnails on SIG Pro are being deleted from cache. I need someone to check out what is going on.
URL: see bottom of article on www.beautybulletin.com/Fashion/Fashion-Trends/handbag-trends-for-2011
refresh the page a few times and eventually you'll see the thumbnails don't show. And then when you refresh again they are back with new thumbnail images.
I've tried the following.
I've set the global cache setting on to 240 minutes and I've tried turing it off.
I have also set the plugin cache to 120 minutes.
The thumbnails only seem to last about a minute before they are removed.
I can provide joomla super admin access and ftp access. Please I need this fixed asap.

Then refresh the original webpage a couple of times, and then after a 2 minutes go to the thimbnail image in the new tab and refresh it.
the thumbnail does not exist, because it has been deleted and recreated. sometimes the thumbnails are not recreated in time and the thumbnails show up blank.
Please this is urgent, I can PM my details to someone who can help.

Then after refreshing the original page a few times, then wait 2 mins, then go back to the tab/windows with the thumbnail and refresh that page. The image cannot be found.

I noticed it after I turned the system cache plugin on.
Sometimes the thumbnails appear just fine but if I refresh the page a few times the thumbnails are blank but the image does zoom when the thumbnail is clicked on.
I am going to try reordering the SIG pro plugin & see if that makes a difference.
I have learnt from experience & from NoNumber & Peter Van Westin that the system plugins need to be in the following order
www.nonumber.nl/news/blog/463-plugin-order-is-important
Not sure if the order of content plugins and other plugins is important or not.
1 Any other plugins
2 SEF plugins
3 Cache plugin

1 All other plugins
2 SEF plugins
3 Cache plugin
I then made the SIG Pro plugin the first content plugin followed by all other content plugins.
I noticed that several of the content plugins were all numbered zero including the SIG Pro plugin. I changed them to 1, 2, 3 etc.. with the SIG Pro plugin #1
So far the thumbnails seem to be OK now & are no longer disappearing. The website is here
www.specracersports . com (remove spaces).
I work using Firefox 4.0 I noticed the problem using this browser.

What are your cache settings on Joomla Global Configuration and in the SIGpro plugin and the System Cache plugin?
It seems when I enable the system cache plugin a lot of my images (not in sigpro) don't load.
If you can include screenshots, it would be much appreciated. :)

SIG Pro plugin - Thumbnail cache expiration time 120
System Cache plugin enabled - Use browser caching Yes - Cache Lifetime 720
The order of the system plugins is important.
1. All other system plugins
2. SEF Plugins
3. System Cache Plugin
I have the System SEF & the System sh404SEF plugins enabled.
