i have Simple Image Gallery PRO 2.0.5 alway works fine, but today when i upgrade to the last version, and i try upload a new gallery dont show me the Thumbnails,

I check perm in cache all are fine, i dont have special characters like %, caps, etc..and i dont have htaccess....

I have also the same problem. The thumbs existe in the cache but the dont't show on the site.

But you do have caps letters in the names of your images...
For example:IMG_4320.JPG

In addition, you may use the latest SIG PRO version.

i check also my name of the images bur i don't have any caps in the name.
you can see it here (just the thumbs under the table).

if you click, you can see the images but the thumbs are just white.

Check your permissions please. Make sure that the thumbnails cache is writable.

i locate the error. the thumbs in the cache are all with permission 600 but 644 is necesary. the i can do it self but for the future it is not possible to work like this

I suggest you to use Admin Tools from Akeeba Backup in order to fix your permissions.

This is some kind of popup engine problem or conflict.

If i use the tags

{gallery}abcd:180:120:0:0:jquery_slimbox:polaroids{/gallery}

I get no thumbnails... but do get cache files

If I remove the popup engine tag the thumbnails display but open in a different tab as opposed to any kind popup.

{gallery}abcd:180:120:0:0:polaroids{/gallery}

Folder permissions are at 755, files at 644. no caps in file names, I even removed any numbers in file names just in case. Still no effect. The only way to get the thumbnails to display is remove the popup engine tag.

Is this a jquery conflict of some kind and if it is, how can I correct it?

One other note is everything works fine on the local development environment (UWAMP) and I only have the problem on the production server.

I am up to date with 2.5.3 and have tried removing and reinstalling the plugin to no avail. No popup engine tag and thumbnails display but popup in another tab, popup engine tag, no thumbnails...

UPDATE***

I have removed all of the tags except the main tag from the page and changed the plugins settings to the settings I want "Slimbox2 Popup Engine & Polaroids Layout Template" and everything works as it should. {gallery}abcd:180:120:0:0{/gallery}

This however is not a solution as I may want different styles on different pages and would like help discovering the problem. I'm thinking it is related to the .htaccess file perhaps? I can attach that here if that would help anyone trace the problem.

I do not think we look at the gallery at the bottom. Now I have only one leading to the gallery thumbnails. Can you tell me what browser you use, and if it looks good?

Checked both permissions an name of the files, both as they should

rename your images by avoiding special characters like % or caps letters, slashes etc. in their names. After you do that remember to clean your cache.
