SIG Pro pop up images not showing right in FF and Chorme, but looks fine on IE

Here's the example screenshot when viewing the image gallery pop up on Firefox:


but it looks fine on IE.

Can I get some help here on how to fix it and make it viewable to all browsers?

It's been 3 days since my post...and still getting no help here.

I actually expect to get some more technique support here for a paid program.

It's on the product page, under category: Blazing Jewel - BB24 and BB32 for the product gallery.

Also, I notice that it works fine on IE 7 and 8, but not on IE9. There is a slight difference in the functionality since when you click on an thumbnail image it opens on another tab instead of light-box style.

Try changing the popup engine from mootools to jQuery.

My problem has been solved now. I couldn't wait any longer...so I hired a professional programmer and all fixed now.
