Caption file - I don't understand was created by Marcel Looy, van der
Hello to you all,
I really like the SIG Pro application. I'm using the latest version (2.5.5) on joomla 1.6. There's one thing I really don't understand and I hope you can help me with that.
I'm using the caption file "nl-NL.labels.txt". I've everything set up according the rules. But the results are unpredictable:
- Sometimes when I edit the file, I don't see anything of the labels
- Sometimes I only see two fields displayed
- Sometimes I see all the fields are displayed
- sometimes all the fields are displayed except the first picture
I've tried different things, editing the file that's generated or create a new caption file from scratch. The results still remain unpredictable.
Can you help me with this.
Regards,
Marc

Did you clean your cache after the modifications?

I didn't clean the cache but now I did and the results are still the same.
Any other solution?
Regards,
Marc

Hello!
I also have some problem with the caption file. In my case, the caption is displayed, when I don't use special characters.
I am hungarian, so I need special characters. When I use "á", "é" ... chars, the caption doesn't appear.
I tried to save the TXT file to UTF-8 and Unicode, but nothing has changed.
Any idea?
Thank you in advance!

Hello!
The link is here:
tenshinkai.hu/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout=item&id=24
The first thumbnail contains a special character "á". The second one contains letters only from the english alphabet.
The first hu-HU.labels.txt contains the following line:
001.jpg|2010.09.17. Michael Narey tábor
Thank you so much!
Gábor
