What browser are you use?
I tested the link you gave me under FF and IE7 and as I can see the sig pro ( greybox engine ) works just fine!

When you click on the thumb, the entire page goes in background and the image makes its appear!

well, something is changed for sure!
When I checked the site under FF2, the gallery has worked just perfect
but now as I can see, when the page is load, there are several javascript errors.

Have you change the popup engine of the plugin?
Can you please try the Lytebox or Greybox
because as I can see there are a conflict with mootools library!
