First off, I admit it. I'm a hopeless newbie and a total tech idiot. There, I feel better to have that off my chest. I hope it clears the air.

After a week of struggle working with my host (Servage.net) to get the plug-in installed (not your fault), I was way excited when I found that it installed today and I could finally use this ultra-cool product. Pride goeth before a fall.

I followed the instructions to the letter. And what did I end up with? I ended up with a beautiful article that, instead of a series of thumbnails, has a nice text line that reads like this:

{ gallery }calderon{ /gallery }

That's right, just text NO thumbs.

The said "folder" calderon is properly within the images/stories/pics folder which is entered as such in the plug-in manager. As per instructions, I have made certain that the temp folder is totally writable.

I'm at my wit's end. How do I get this product to work?

Please help.

hi all,
i kind of have the same problem as described by mistermee.
i´m using the 1.5 version with the legacy plugin on. simple image pro is installed.
(plugin_jw_sigpro_j10-1.2.zip). rootfolder is images/stories. fotos are filed in myfotos size 800X600, app. 500 kb.
when inserting {gallery}myfotos{/gallery} in the article, all i get is the text and no thumbnails. when using the html button within the article, and inserting {gallery}myfotos{/gallery} the same thing happens. no thumbnails.
i´m terribly frustrated and appreciate any help!

What's working is the Free Version! The paid version doesn't work in any way!!!  >:(

If I activate the Pro version the whole website is white and not longer working!

So after uninstalling lot's of plugins and re-installing the pro version it's working.

BUT!
The jwsigpro.php was edited by myself to become more thumbnails in a row.
In line 245 the:had to be removed and in the sigpro_default.css the margin of the .sigthumb class let me now change the space between each thumb.

From now on I should be happy.  ;D

Did you enable the plugin? On your plugin manager page?

When you like to use the plugin you should active it after install.  ;D
