Hi everyone,

Just bought SIG Pro and I'm trying to install it on our web server.  When I upload it all I get is the following error:

* JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
* Warning! - Failed to move file

Now, I've checked Directory Permissions in System Info and they're all writeable.  Has anyone got any suggestions?

Isn't it always the case when you post a question you solve it yourself :D

There were two problems, one complicated, one silly.

The first was because I'd created this site from a backup (joomlapack) the "Path to temp" parameter under Global Config was wrong.  I changed this and got further but the installation failed with an XML error.

This was the silly mistake.  I was trying to upload the initial ZIP file which just contains the version 1 and 1.5 files  :-[  :P

A quick unzip sorted that out.  Time to play with the extension!
