Two Language questions was created by Frode

Hi,
I've downloaded \administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini
I did some changes to the file and renamed the file to nb-NO.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini
and uploaded it to \administrator\language\nb-NO\nb-NO.plg_content_jw_sigpro.ini

It works fine, but when I do "mouse over" the image, it says - in English - "Next" and "Previous".
It's also using the english words for "Image 1 of 14".

1. Where can I change this words? I've tried Joomla language override, without success.

2. The norwegian language have three extra letters (spesial caracters) whitch make the above file not working properly. How do I fix this?
