Blanc screen with just the name of the article was created by Geoffrey Hermes

Hi there,

Having some trouble here configurating the SIG Pro on Joomla 1.5.
After installing SIG pro -> no problem
Then configurating it (making the directories writable), after that a problem popped up

I get a white screen (no CSS, no style) just the name of the article

GD2 library installed and JPEG support enabled

Can somebody help me with that?

Hmmm... I changed the folder and I used yours images/stories/demo folder.
As you can see, the plugins works ok ( with a minor z-index conflict with the menu ).
I believe that there is a "strange" image in the folder images/stories/realisations/eauvivante...
Try to save those images again for the web!

Hi Vinikey,

Thanx for your help...

Still a little question... How can I resolve the z-index conflict with the menu?

Any tips? I thought to lower the lytebox (more top space).
Any other ideas?

Hi!

I'm not very sure where is the necessary css file of the menu
but I'm pretty sure that inside this file you'll can find a z-index value for the layers of the menu and its dropdowns.

The page is still down as I can see. Have you checked if the images are corrupted?

Thx again for your help...

It's a very strange problem... I think it's about the size of the images! I have already like you proposed re-saved the images in photoshop... but the problem resists...

I hope you can help me again on this one

Hmmm... the size you said! Probably! If the size is big, the parser will have problem with them!
About what size do we speak?
I believe you have to save the images with 75dpi and not more of 700kb
I know that this config is the best for simple galleries without zoom features etc!

Now the images are 300dpi and 300kb...

I'll try to lower down the dpi to 75...
